Ben Anderson”s group at BT and the University of Essex have released the preliminary results of their 2 year longitudinal e-Living project. Evaluating the effectiveness of EU information society policies, they model adoption and usage patters of Internet use, testing the social and economic benefits of new ICTs. e-Living October 2003
