Finland (home of Nokia) has proposed legislation that would allow parents to secretly track the location of their children under the age of 15 using cell phones. With permission, those over the age of 15 could still be tracked, but who is to stop someone from tracking a cell phone they purchase attached under someone else’s car? CNN News
